Mark Fornwall is the Node Manager for the Pacific Basin Information Node. As Node Manager, his job is to develop contacts and projects for PBIN, make sure that all PBIN activities further PBIN's mission as stated in the strategic plan , act as a liaison between PBIN (a regional node) and NBII (the national initiative), and oversee the budgeting and delivery of PBIN and its products.
